How do I upload my artwork for printing?
You can upload your high-resolution files directly on the product page or email them to our design team after checkout. We recommend vector files (AI, EPS, or PDF) for the crispest print quality.
What is the typical turnaround time for an order?
Most orders are processed and printed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location and selected method, but we offer expedited options if you have a tight deadline.
Is the vinyl material matte or glossy?
We use a premium 13oz matte vinyl. The matte finish is essential for photography as it prevents camera flash glare and ensures your logos are clearly visible in photos.
Do the banners come with a stand?
You can choose to purchase the 'Banner Only' or include a professional adjustable telescopic stand. All banners include optional pole pockets or grommets for easy hanging.
What is your return policy for custom items?
Since each banner is custom-printed with your specific branding, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost.
