Please review your order within 48 hours of delivery to ensure your banner meets our high-quality standards.
Report an Issue
Contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your banner, providing your order number and clear photos of the defect or damage.
Verification Review
Our quality assurance team will review your submission to determine if the issue is a printing error or physical damage incurred during transit.
Return Authorization
If approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label for you to return the faulty product.
Replacement or Credit
Once the returned item is received at our facility, we will immediately initiate a priority reprint of your order or issue a full store credit.
